  • How can I check my e-gift card balance?

    You can check your e-gift card balance using our online gift card balance check or ask a member of our staff.

    To check your balance online, please visit our gift card balance check page here. If you already have an account registered with our shop, please use your credentials to log in and you will be able to check your balance. If you have not registered for an account yet, please register and once your account has been setup you will be able to check your e-gift card balance.

  • How can I redeem my e-gift card?

    Simply present your e-gift card confirmation email with the e-gift card number on your mobile device at the restaurant of your choice when the bill is presented. You may use all or part of the total value on your e-gift card.

  • How long is my e-gift card valid for?

    E-gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Can I exchange my e-gift card for cash?

    No, e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no change is given if an e-gift card balance is only partially used. Any unused balance will remain on the e-gift card for you to spend at a later time.

  • Do I need to print out my e-gift card to redeem?

    No, you do not need to print out Individual Restaurants e-gift cards to redeem them. It is sufficient to show the confirmation email with the e-gift card number on your mobile device.
